Ryan leads the way

As a senior at Allen Park High, Ryan Waddell is a leader on and off the varsity basketball and baseball teams.
 
He plays Varsity Baseball- OF/1B and Guard for Varsity Basketball.
 
“We were 2019 Baseball District Champs,” Ryan said. “I was Downriver League All-Academic (Basketball), and Principal’s Scholar.”
 
Psychology is his favorite class. Math is the subject he likes best. His favorite teacher is Mr. Whitlow and his favorite coach is Dave Wilkie.
 
His college is currently undecided but his major will be Finance. Hobbies include hanging out with his friends, and working at Sky Zone. 
 
His parents are Dan and Tera Waddell.  His sister is Mackenzie Waddell, and his brother is Jay Shelton.
 
His advice is strong: “Don’t pass up great opportunities thinking that another one will come around, 4 years goes by fast so make the best of every chance you get,” he said
