Senior wrestler Dylan Lorincz has been having a good wrestling season. He is currently 33-3 with a recent first place at the league meet.
“All three of my losses were to ranked opponents,” Lorincz said. “One was a wrestler who bumped up.”
He said wrestling takes a lot of work and focus. He has not decided about doing sports in college.
This Dread wrestler and lacrosse player is undecided about what college he will attend. He would like to attend Grand Valley State University.
His favorite coaches are Matt Chisolm, Ryan Clemons and Dan Robien.
“I will be sad when wrestling is done,” he said. “But I may shoot up to 150.”
In college he wants to study sports management or athletic training.
His parents are Matt and Jackie. His brother Tristan (15) is a sophomore who does water polo.
“My brother can hold his own wrestling,” he said. “He would be a good member of the wrestling team.”
Dylan said important advice is hard work, be smart at what you are doing and above all practice.
